The Pinnacle Club is delighted to announce the formal establishment of the Vietnam Chapter and welcomes two new members: Maj. Gen. (Ret'd) Nguyen Sinh Xo and Maj. Gen. (Ret'd) Nguyen Huu Manh. Their membership was extended under the invitation of Col. Gen. Nguyen Huy Hieu. The Pinnacle Club Secretariat was also honored to meet with H.E. Chan Chea, Secretary of State and Advisor to Samdech Krolahom Sar Kheng of Cambodia, during the visit.

To celebrate the formation of the Vietnam Chapter, the Secretariat plans to hold an inauguration event in Vietnam by the first quarter of next year. This event will serve as an opportunity to formally welcome the new members, attract additional retired Vietnamese Chiefs to join the Pinnacle Club, and foster connections between new and existing members.
