
An eight-person delegation of the Veterans Association of Vietnam (VAVN), led by COL GEN Pham Hong Huong, Deputy President of VAVN, visited Singapore from 10 to 14 March 2025. The visit was made at the invitation of the Pinnacle Club Secretariat. Besides COL GEN Pham Hong Huong, the VAVN delegation comprised the following members:
- Madam Nguyen Thi Bao Hien, Deputy President of Association of Veterans Entrepreneurs & Businessmen (AVEB)
- MG Nguyen Tien Thang, Chief of Office, VAVN
- MG Le Van Cau, Deputy Chief of Office, VAVN
- Sr COL Phung Quang Tao, Expert of Office, VAVN
- MG Le Nhu Duc, President of VAVN Hanoi Branch
- Ms Le Thi Thu Ha, Expert of Office, VAVN Hanoi Branch
- Ms Hoang Thuy Linh, Secretary to Madam Nguyen Thi Bao Hien
During the trip, the Pinnacle Club Secretariat arranged for the VAVN delegation to visit Stratagem Group/Pinnacle Club office, Temasek Foundation, and Sakae Holdings. The VAVN delegation also took the opportunity of their trip to Singapore to meet up with the leadership of the Singapore Armed Forces Veterans League.


During visits to the various organisations, members of the VAVN delegation shared their unique experience in the development and management of enterprises catering to the welfare, skill training, and social needs of Vietnamese veterans and their families. Pinnacle Club Secretariat also sought views from the VAVN delegation to explore potential areas of collaboration and future development of the Pinnacle Club.
The visit programme was not without light moments. At lunches and dinners, conversations on casual subjects and banter were exchanged. To enhance the visit experience, sightseeing tours were arranged for members of the VAVN delegation to have a better feel of Singaporean culture and society.
