Opportunities in Southeast Asia through Sino-Singapore Cooperation
in the Fourth Industrial Revolution
With an increasingly adversarial environment caused by friction between the two largest economies in the world and the Fourth Industrial Revolution which has brought about disruption in every industry across the globe at an unprecedent pace serving as backdrops, it is timely to reflect on how Sino-Singapore cooperation can create new opportunities in Southeast Asia. As part of the International Institute of Administrative Sciences (IIAS) Lien 2019 Conference themed “Effective, Accountable and Inclusive Governance”, Stratagem Group has collaborated with the Nanyang Technological University, Nanyang Centre for Public Administration (NTU NCPA) to bring you the seventh Sino-Singapore Dialogue titled Opportunities in Southeast Asia through Sino-Singapore cooperation in the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Through this dialogue, we seek to create an interactive and productive space for international affairs practitioners, academics, government officials and businessmen to share their thoughts on the opportunities and challenges for Sino-Singapore cooperation in Southeast Asia in this tech-centric era where technology intersects with governance, geopolitics, security and the global economy.
